Jeremy Clarkson has wrapped filming on Season 6 of Clarkson's Farm and is already thinking about what could come after it. Something bigger. Something louder.

He made the remarks at the Royal Television Society conference in London, an annual gathering of the British TV industry, where he appeared alongside his daughter Emily Clarkson, according to Variety. The conference session was reported on 29 September 2026.

Clarkson said any follow-up would have to be bigger and unbelievably ambitious to cut through. He pointed to The Traitors as a very good example of the kind of eye-catching show that breaks out in a crowded market.

The farming series launched on Prime Video in 2021 and has become one of the service's most recognised unscripted titles in Britain. It follows Clarkson running Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds, learning as he goes.

Season 5 premiered on 3 June 2026, according to Amazon MGM Studios. The eight-part run was organised in three drops, with episodes 1 to 4 arriving on 3 June, episodes 5 and 6 on 10 June, and episodes 7 and 8 on 17 June. It streams exclusively on Prime Video.

The previous run, Season 4, launched on 23 May 2025. It followed the same staggered pattern, with episodes 1 to 4 on 23 May, episodes 5 and 6 on 30 May, and episodes 7 and 8 on 6 June.

Season 5 sees Clarkson make big changes at the farm while dealing with the fallout from a government budget, according to Amazon. Season 6 is described as tackling a "catastrophic year" for farming, according to Radio Times.

That sixth run was close to the finish line earlier in September, with Clarkson then saying filming was a couple of weeks away from ending before editing and translation. That work is now done.

What makes this stand out is the timing. Clarkson is not announcing an ending. He is talking openly about life after a hit while the cameras have only just stopped rolling.
