Gilmore Girls Takes Over Warner Bros. Studio Tour for Christmas

Stars Hollow is coming to Burbank for Christmas.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood is adding Gilmore Girls Holidays to its annual holiday line-up, bringing the fictional Connecticut town to life on the California lot where the series was filmed. The experience runs 12 December 2026 through 3 January 2027 and is closed on Christmas Day, according to the Studio Tour listing. Tickets are on sale now on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour website, Variety reported on 29 September.
It is a homecoming of sorts. Gilmore Girls was set in a small Connecticut town but shot on the Warner Bros. lot. Visitors will now walk through that backlot version of Stars Hollow dressed for the holidays.
The programme centres on new sets built for the event. Luke’s Apartment has been recreated inside its original filming location, Stage 13. There is also a Chilton School Graduation Courtyard experience built around Rory Gilmore’s school years, an expanded walk-through of the Gilmore Estate, and an interactive take on Rory’s Basket Auction.
Scott Patterson, who played Luke Danes, will make special appearances during the run. That includes live podcast events. Photo opportunities with Patterson will be available for an additional purchase.
Food and shopping are part of the plan. The event will sell themed milkshakes, cocktails and popcorn, including a collectible Gazebo popcorn bucket based on the town square gazebo. An exclusive Her Universe collaboration offers apparel and accessories inspired by the series.
For collectors, two new Department 56 miniatures are joining the range. The new models celebrate Kim’s Antiques and Miss Patty’s School of Ballet. They sit alongside existing miniatures of Lorelai’s house and Luke’s Diner.
What makes this stand out is scale. This is not a single photo wall. It is a full tour overlay with sets, food, retail and talent appearances folded into one ticket.
For fans, this means planning ahead. The Studio Tour listing presents Gilmore Girls Holidays both as a standalone visit and as a combined Studio Tour plus Stars Hollow ticket, with specialty menu items, limited-edition collectibles, live entertainment and holiday lights advertised as part of the combined experience. The standalone listing shows prices at $79, and $68 for children ages 5 to 10, while the combined ticket is listed at $124.
The holiday event itself is called Holidays Made Here. A Stars Hollow takeover also featured in the winter 2025 edition, which was presented for the 25th anniversary of Gilmore Girls.
