Quavo will release his new solo album QRÖMELIFE on Oct. 2, and previewed it at a listening party in Los Angeles with Offset in the room.

The pair stood together while their collaboration “Away” played for guests, according to Billboard. It is their first joint track in five years. Quavo announced the tracklist on September 26.

The album was entirely produced by Pharrell. That is a full-album production credit, with one producer shaping the sound across every song.

Guest appearances come from T.I., Tyler, The Creator, A$AP Rocky, Lil Baby, Yung Miami and Future. Quavo also links with Justin Timberlake on a song titled “House Music”.

QRÖMELIFE is Quavo’s first solo project since 2023’s Rocket Power. That album debuted at No. 18 on the Billboard 200, the chart that ranks the most-consumed albums in the United States.

The Los Angeles preview also brought personal news. Quavo told guests he recently became a father for the first time to a baby girl. He also teased a short film to accompany the album.

He closed the night with another tease. Quavo spoke about a final Migos project with Offset that would include posthumous vocals from Takeoff, meaning recordings made before his death. Takeoff died in a fatal shooting in November 2022.

For fans, this means a busy week. A solo album arrives first, with a reunion and a possible group farewell still in conversation.
