Banijay Entertainment has confirmed the team that will sell its shows around the world after its All3Media merger.

Cathy Payne, chief of Banijay Rights, will lead the combined sales unit, according to Deadline. The division handles distribution, the business of licensing finished programmes and formats to broadcasters and streamers. Its catalogue now holds more than 250,000 hours of content.

Payne holds the title of CEO of Banijay Rights, as listed by Banijay. She took charge of the merged sales operation after the deal was revealed. Her new structure splits the world in two.

Matt Creasey becomes Senior Executive Vice President, World excluding EMEA. Stephen Driscoll becomes Senior Executive Vice President, EMEA, the industry shorthand for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Both report into Payne and oversee regional sales.

Three other senior roles complete the top team. Rachel Job is named Executive Vice President, Content. Shaun Keeble is named Senior Vice President, Monetisation. Andy Dickens is named Executive Vice President of Communications and Marketing.

The announcement also confirms several exits. Sales executives Simon Cox, Claire Jago, Maartje Horchner and Chris Stewart are leaving Banijay Rights. All3Media International's Executive Vice President of Formats, Nick Smith, took voluntary redundancy and does not appear on the new list.

All3Media International CEO Louise Pedersen had already exited after the Banijay deal was revealed. Banijay has said it will prioritise eliminating duplication in distribution and sales. It is seeking €50M ($56.8M) in synergies, or cost and operational savings, within 12 months of the deal closing.

The reorganisation follows an $8 billion merger, as reported by Variety. It comes just ahead of the autumn selling season. Banijay unveiled its 2026 MIPCOM line-up on 29 September, according to Banijay. MIPCOM is the large international television market held each October in Cannes.

For viewers at home, this means little changes on screen for now. The same library is being sold. The people selling it have changed.
