A24 will release You Can See Everything, a three-hour documentary about Elizabeth Holmes, in cinemas on Oct. 16.

The date was confirmed after the film's New York City premiere on Sept. 30, with A24 now listing the title as Coming Soon for Oct. 16, 2026, according to The Hollywood Reporter and A24.

The film is directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim. It follows Holmes, the founder of the failed blood-testing company Theranos, as she prepared to report to prison.

A24's synopsis says Holmes invited a sceptical film crew to document her every move 34 days before prison, as stated on A24. The finished film includes long conversations between Fielder and Holmes, and scenes of Fielder interviewing her inside her family home before her prison term began in 2023.

The road to release has been kept deliberately quiet. The documentary first played as a surprise secret screening at Telluride. It was then added to the Spotlight section of the 64th New York Film Festival, a sidebar slot for high-profile titles, an addition announced on Sept. 10 by Film at Lincoln Center.

That festival, the 64th edition, runs from Sept. 25 through Oct. 12, 2026. The New York screening took place on Wednesday night at Lincoln Center. It was introduced by NYFF programming chief Dennis Lim and drew 1,100 people, with dozens more waiting on standby lines outside.

After the screening, Fielder asked the crowd to protect the experience for future viewers and not reveal details. The request fits the rollout so far. Little had been made public before Telluride, and the festival premiere kept plot specifics under wraps.

What makes this stand out is the access. Holmes has rarely spoken on camera at length since her trial and conviction. For viewers, this means the draw is not just the Theranos story, which has already been told in books, podcasts and a drama series, but footage shot in the weeks before she entered prison.
