Tom Holland's Spider-Man: Brand New Day can be watched at home from Tuesday, Oct. 6.

The film arrives as premium video-on-demand, meaning viewers pay once to rent or buy it digitally without a subscription. The rental price is $24.99 and the purchase price is $29.99, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The digital window opens at 12 a.m. ET on Oct. 6, which is 9 p.m. PT on Monday, Oct. 5. The Hollywood Reporter names Prime Video and Apple TV as the launch platforms for purchase or rental.

Sony Pictures also lists Fandango and Sony Pictures Core alongside Apple TV and Prime Video as digital retailers on its movie page, according to Sony Pictures.

The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and led by Holland as Peter Parker. It was released exclusively in theatres on July 31, 2026, after being dated for that day, according to Marvel.

It opened big. Very big. The film earned $360 million in the United States and Canada in its opening weekend, according to Reuters. That result broke the North American opening-weekend record previously held by Avengers: Endgame, according to The Associated Press.

Since then it has kept climbing. The Hollywood Reporter places it at No. 1 on the all-time North American box office chart and No. 3 at the global box office.

For viewers at home, this means a short wait from cinema to sofa. The film played only in theatres for just over two months before moving to paid digital. A subscription streaming date has not been set out in the verified facts.
