L'Agence, the Los Angeles-based fashion brand, swapped New York for Paris for its Spring 2027 presentation. It staged the debut as a garden party at The Ritz in Paris. The collection was called "Dream" WWD.

The show took place at Le Grand Jardin of the Ritz Paris. It marked the brand's first appearance on the Paris Fashion Week schedule, the seasonal run of womenswear shows in the French capital. L'Agence had also introduced its first tennis collection in August.

Paris is getting more than a show. L'Agence has closed its previous store-showroom in the Marais district. It is opening a 1,500-square-foot shop-in-shop, a branded space inside a larger shop, at Printemps, the Paris department store.

The brand has moved its Paris showroom to the Golden Triangle, the luxury shopping district near the Alaïa store. It is also looking for flagship retail space on Rue Saint-Honoré. London does the heavy lifting. The bulk of its European sales team is based there.

London is L'Agence's largest European market. In Italy, the brand sells through wholesale, meaning sales to shops that resell to customers, in roughly 80 stores.

South Korea came next. L'Agence launched there in early 2024 and now operates seven stores. It runs the business with its own in-house team and a country director. Its Seoul boutique is its second international store.

In the Middle East, L'Agence has two physical spaces at Harvey Nichols, the British department store, and Bloomingdale's, the United States department store, in Dubai. It sells online in the region through Ounass, the luxury shopping site. It plans to open stand-alone stores in Dubai within 24 months WWD.

Behind the expansion is a tighter range. The brand cut its assortment by about 30 percent over the past two seasons. Chief executive officer Jonny Saven and founder and chairman Jeff Rudes lead the business.

What makes this stand out is the order of work. Cut first, then expand. The showroom dates for Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Spring/Summer 2027 ran at the Palais de Tokyo from 30 September to 6 October 2026, according to the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, the Paris body which runs the week.
