Hulu sets Feb. 15 launch for Dan Fogelman NFL drama The Land

Hulu will debut The Land, Dan Fogelman’s family drama with an NFL twist, on Monday, Feb. 15, just hours after the Super Bowl. The first two episodes will drop at 9 p.m. PT, according to Variety.
After that opening, the series will settle into a weekly rhythm. One new episode will be released each week following the two-episode premiere.
The scheduling puts the drama close to football’s biggest night without making it a traditional lead-out. The Super Bowl itself is airing on ESPN, ABC and Disney+, not on Hulu, so The Land will arrive later in the evening as a separate streaming launch.
The ensemble brings together familiar faces from television and film. The cast includes Christopher Meloni, Mandy Moore, Chace Crawford, Sam Corlett, Tanner Zagarino, Chloe Bennet, Bridget Moynahan, William H. Macy and Omar Epps.
Meloni plays Danny Rourke, head coach of the Cleveland Browns. Macy plays Hal Durkin, the team’s owner, placing the story on both the sideline and in the boardroom.
Behind the camera, The Land is produced by 20th Television and Skydance Sports. Fogelman serves as creator, executive producer and showrunner, meaning the writer in overall charge of the series. The other executive producers are Jess Rosenthal, Kevin Falls, Justin Adler, David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold and Jason T. Reed.
The project has been a long time in development. Fogelman’s Hulu NFL series was first announced in October 2024 and now carries the title The Land, according to Variety.
For fans, this means a clear date to mark. Two episodes on the night of Feb. 15, then a week-by-week wait to see how the Rourke family and the Browns organisation hold together.
