Hulu will premiere The Land, its NFL football drama from Dan Fogelman, on Monday, Feb. 15, just hours after the Super Bowl.

The timing puts the new series in one of television’s most-watched slots. The show will debut on Feb. 15 on Hulu, according to Variety, which described the launch as coming just hours after the game. TVLine reports the date as an early 2027 premiere for the series.

In the United States, Season 1 will stream on Hulu and on Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers. Internationally, it will be available on Disney+, according to Deadline.

The series centres on the Cleveland Browns. Christopher Meloni stars as head coach Danny Roarke, with William H. Macy playing team owner Hal Durkin. Fogelman created and wrote the drama.

The wider ensemble includes Mandy Moore, Chace Crawford, Sam Corlett, Tanner Zagarino, Chloe Bennet, Bridget Moynahan and Omar Epps. Disney previewed Macy and Moore together for the project at its 2026 upfront, its annual presentation where networks sell advertising for the season ahead.

Behind the camera, Fogelman serves as showrunner — the person in charge of writing and day-to-day production — and executive producer. Jess Rosenthal, Kevin Falls and Justin Adler are also executive producers, alongside David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold and Jason T. Reed for Skydance Sports. The series is a production of 20th Television and Skydance Sports.

For fans, this means a straight run from live football to scripted football. The Super Bowl lead-in gives The Land an instant audience of NFL viewers, with the full season to follow on streaming in the US and abroad.
