A Haunting is coming back. Radial Entertainment has ordered 16 new episodes of the paranormal series, to be produced in partnership with Jupiter Entertainment. Delivery is planned for September 2027, which sets when the finished shows will be handed over for release. Deadline

The first window will be Paranormal Chronicles, Radial's FAST channel in select territories. FAST stands for free ad-supported streaming television, meaning viewers watch without a subscription and advertisers cover the cost. The company has not yet named the territories or a premiere date beyond the delivery plan.

Jupiter will make the new run out of its production studio in Knoxville, Tennessee. That gives the revival a single base for casting, shooting and post-production. Cristina Guggino and Katie Carroll will serve as executive producers for Radial, the senior roles that oversee creative direction and delivery.

The names at the top of the deal are David Buoymaster, chief investment officer at Radial Entertainment, and Patrick Reardon, president of Jupiter Entertainment. Their involvement links the owner of the library with the studio hired to restart it. It is a straight-to-series order, meaning no pilot is shot first and all 16 episodes go straight into production.

A Haunting comes from the New Dominion Pictures library. Radial bought that catalogue in March, adding more than 600 hours of true crime, investigation and paranormal content in one move. The company had already relaunched The FBI Files from the same collection, which makes A Haunting the second revival from that purchase. Deadline

Radial itself was formed when Oaktree Capital Management acquired FilmRise and merged it with Shout! Studios. The combined operation holds more than 75,000 titles, spanning films and series for sale, licensing and its own channels. Library deals of this kind give streamers ready-made brands to bring back without starting from scratch.

The original A Haunting ran for 11 seasons and more than 100 episodes. That history gives the new team a long archive to draw on and an audience that already knows the title.

For fans, this means new paranormal cases with a familiar title, made to play first on a free channel rather than behind a paywall. Casting and a confirmed premiere date have not yet been announced.
