SpaceXSI has announced X Subscription, a single membership covering its X, Grok and Cursor products. Details published on Oct. 13, 2026 describe one bundle that includes Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and X Premium, depending on tier. Engadget

Plus is the entry tier at $8 per month. It includes X Premium features such as a checkmark, fewer ads, enhanced creator tools and advanced analytics. It also includes Grok Chat, Voice, Imagine and Build, plus the Grok API, which lets software use the model, and Cursor for coding. Engadget

Premium is $30 per month. It includes all Plus benefits plus Grok Bot, the latest Grok models, AI image and video creation with Grok, and faster chat responses. For developers, it adds Cursor code hosting, cloud agents that run coding tasks online, and automations. On X, it adds ad-free scrolling and the ability to secure a preferred handle. Engadget

Usage limits scale with price. Premium provides 4x more usage than Plus. xAI Super costs $100 per month and includes everything in Plus and Premium plus priority access to Grok models at peak times. Ultra costs $200 per month and includes earliest access to all products and models plus 20 times the usage of Plus. Engadget

For organizations, Premium, Super and Ultra are available for teams, with customized plans for enterprise customers. Cursor states subscriptions are sold only directly through X Subscription Corp. Cursor xAI publishes Bundled Subscription Terms of Service covering purchase, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund rights for bundled subscriptions including Grok. xAI Those terms were published on Oct. 7, 2026. Separately, xAI notes subscriptions can be canceled anytime, at least 24 hours prior to renewal. xAI

Cursor's help documentation describes how older subscription names link to developer tools. Linking SuperGrok for Grok Bot requires an active individual SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, or X Premium+ subscription on the account used to sign in to Grok. Cursor A Cursor account can be granted usage by linking one of those individual subscriptions. Cursor In an Aug. 26 update, xAI said Grok Bot is available for SuperGrok, Cursor Pro, and all Cursor Teams plans. xAI xAI also offered free Grok 4.5 usage for a limited time in Grok Build and Cursor. xAI

The broader context here is billing consolidation rather than a new model or coding feature. Developers and platform teams now handle separate seats, API quotas, chatbot access and social distribution as distinct bills, each with its own renewal, access control and usage ceiling. Placing inference priority, or faster responses when demand is high, cloud agents, code hosting and Grok Bot in the same subscription as X Premium reduces that to one identity and one invoice, like moving from separate utility bills to one combined bill.

Looking at what this means for technical work, the variables to watch are quota enforcement, peak-time priority and how team seats map to existing Cursor Pro and Teams entitlements. The 4x and 20x multipliers over Plus give a clear ladder for heavy inference, repeated agentic coding loops and image and video generation, while priority and earliest access suit latency-sensitive work and testing new releases. For small teams already paying separately for hosted code, automations and API calls, the decision is basic arithmetic on use per seat.

In my view, the structure reflects a familiar enterprise pattern. Once core tooling stabilizes, vendors compete on packaging, predictable scaling and less admin friction. I watched my own children move from patched-together free tiers to expecting one login for every device and app, and enterprise developers are not so different. If linking works in practice, with clean mapping from subscription identity to Cursor usage and Grok API limits, this bundle makes steady building easier than juggling five subscriptions for one job.
