The most elaborate God of War Laufey box does not include the game.

PlayStation states the Laufey Collector Box is sold separately from God of War Laufey, so the game must be bought on its own. Pre-orders for the game were announced for 29 September 2026, in a post published on 28 September 2026. PlayStation Blog

The Collector Box is built around keepsakes rather than a disc or download code. Its centrepiece is a light-up resin statue of Faye, made as a display figure for shelves. It also holds a 51-card Oracle Deck and a Mini Artbook with concept images and sketches from production.

PlayStation lists the Collector Box for 16 February 2027. The listing gives model number 711719072720 for retailers and stock systems. PlayStation

The game itself is offered in other editions. The Digital Deluxe Edition, a download-only version with extra digital items, includes a Digital Mini Artbook.

There is also a separate WLF edition bundle priced at US$99. That set includes the game plus 47 collectable cards, pins, a fabric patch and a steelbook case, a metal case for holding the disc. Polygon

For fans, this means a choice between reading and displaying. The Collector Box suits those who want physical objects tied to the story. The digital and bundle editions keep the focus on playing, with printed or digital extras attached.
