David Corenswet, Yvonne Strahovski and François Arnaud will bring Three Days of Rain back to Broadway this winter.

Producer David Binder announced the dates and the house for the revival of Richard Greenberg's play. It begins performances January 30, 2027, at the Longacre Theatre, with an official opening night set for March 1, 2027, Deadline reported.

The run is a 16-week engagement. That means a limited run with a set end date, rather than an open-ended run that continues as long as ticket sales support it.

Corenswet will play Walker. Strahovski will play Nan. Arnaud will play Pip. The three actors carry the entire play.

Anna D. Shapiro directs. Binder produces, with Jayne Baron Sherman co-producing.

This will be the play's first Broadway revival. The original Broadway staging opened in 2006 with Bradley Cooper, Julia Roberts and Paul Rudd.

The design team includes Todd Rosenthal on scenery, Arianne Phillips on costumes, Donald Holder on lighting and Justin Ellington on sound. Luc Verschueren for Campbell Young Associates handles wig and hair design.

The Shubert organization, which operates the Longacre, describes the play as a sharply funny drama that unfolds as a mystery about inheritance, about what parents leave behind and what children discover, Shubert.

For fans, this means a familiar title with a new combination on stage. The 2006 production was built around three well-known screen stars. This time the marquee is led by Corenswet, fresh off playing Superman, alongside two television veterans.
