Sifu is out on Android and iOS. Sloclap's 2022 martial arts action game was released on mobile on 12 October 2026, following an announcement earlier in the month, according to Eurogamer.

You play a young fighter hunting the people who killed your family. It is a third-person brawler, which means you watch your character from behind as you punch, kick, block and use the furniture around you. Death is part of the plan. A mysterious amulet brings you back to life each time, but at the cost of ageing, as listed on the Google Play Store.

The phone version was built specifically for smaller screens. Touch controls map core moves to on-screen prompts. Environmental interactions are streamlined for taps and swipes. There is also a new adaptive camera to keep fights readable on a phone display.

It is the full story campaign, optimised for mobile play. The price is US$8 / £6. Controllers are supported if you prefer sticks and buttons to touch.

The launch date was confirmed on 1 October 2026, with preorder on the App Store and pre-registration on Google Play ahead of release, according to the official Sifu site.

Sifu first hit PlayStation consoles and the Epic Games Store on PC, then arrived on Steam and Xbox a year later. Sloclap said it sold more than 1 million copies in its first three weeks. The studio has since followed it with Rematch, a third-person football game.

For players coming in fresh, this means short, sharp runs that suit a commute. One life. One phone. Lots of rematches.
