Narges Rashidi Signs With TFC Management After BAFTA Win

Narges Rashidi has signed with TFC Management for management representation.
The deal was reported by Deadline on 13 October 2026. Rashidi will continue to be represented by The Artists Partnership in all areas. In practice, that means the London agency keeps handling her acting work while TFC joins to guide career planning.
The signing follows awards recognition for her latest leading role. Rashidi won the BAFTA for Leading Actress for playing Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe in the BBC film Prisoner 951. She also received two Royal Television Society Awards for the same performance.
Prisoner 951 tells the story of Zaghari-Ratcliffe, the British-Iranian woman detained in Iran. It was directed by Phillipa Lowthorpe and co-starred Joseph Fiennes.
Many viewers will know Rashidi as Lale in Gangs of London, the crime drama for Sky and AMC. That is a returning series, meaning it was ordered for more than one season. It is heading into its fourth and final season in 2027.
Her breakthrough came almost a decade earlier. She led Babak Anvari’s 2016 film Under the Shadow. The Persian-language film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in the United States.
TFC Management was founded in 2020 by David Stone and Ben Jacobson. The company works alongside agents, helping actors choose projects across film, television and theatre.
What makes this stand out is the timing. Rashidi arrives with a major award and a long-running series nearing its end. A new management signing now gives her an extra team as that chapter closes and the next one opens.
