Miranda Lambert's new album Crisco has entered Billboard's Top Country Albums chart at No. 4.

The 12-track set earned 24,000 equivalent album units, the measure that converts plays into album sales, in the United States during Oct. 2-8, according to Luminate. Billboard reported the debut on Oct. 13. Billboard

That streak is now 11 for 11. Every one of Lambert's entries on Top Country Albums, Billboard's weekly ranking of country albums, has reached the top 10.

Seven of those albums have topped the chart. Her 2005 debut Kerosene opened at No. 1. Her longest-leading title remains 2014's Platinum, which spent six weeks at No. 1.

More recent entries help put the run in context. Palomino reached No. 2 in 2022. Postcards from Texas debuted and peaked at No. 8 in September 2024.

Crisco was released Oct. 2 through Vanner/MCA. It was produced by Lambert and Jesse Frasure.

The album's collaboration with Ella Langley, "Snakeskin Boots", starts at No. 12 on Hot Country Songs, the chart that blends streams, sales and radio play for country tracks. It drew 6.1 million streams and 4.7 million in radio audience in its debut tracking period.

The song gives Brendan McLoughlin his first Billboard chart credit. He co-wrote it with Lambert, Frasure and Natalie Hemby.

Lambert has another stake in the songs chart. Langley's "Choosin' Texas", co-written and co-produced by Lambert, spends a 44th week at No. 1 on Hot Country Songs. It is the third-longest-leading hit in the chart's history.

There is movement lower down the albums chart too. Gavin Adcock's The Day I Hang It Up debuts at No. 10 with 18,000 units. He last reached No. 4 with Own Worst Enemy in August 2025.

Adcock places two songs on Hot Country Songs. "Workin' Man" opens at No. 38 with 2.4 million streams. "Us Again" with Treaty Oak Revival starts at No. 45 with 1.9 million streams.

Wynonna also returns to the albums chart. The Hard Truth debuts at No. 45 with 8,000 units, her 13th solo entry. It was recorded at her home studio in Leiper's Fork, Tenn., and produced by her husband Cactus Moser.

Her solo debut, Wynonna, spent three weeks at No. 1 in 1992. Her previous entry, Wynonna & The Big Noise, reached No. 14 in 2016.

What makes this stand out is the consistency across two decades. For fans, this means a new favourite arrives with a chart record already attached, and two generations of country voices sharing space in the same top 10.
