Hailey Bieber says Rosalía’s album LUX makes her want to throw up — in a good way. The praise was brief.

Bieber shared the reaction on her Instagram Story, the temporary photo and video feature on the social media platform. Her full message read, “You know when an album makes you wanna throw up in a good way?” She paired the line with a smiley-face emoticon, according to Billboard.

The comment has brought renewed attention to LUX, which arrived in November 2025 as Rosalía’s fourth studio album. A studio album is a collection of newly recorded tracks released as a single body of work, and a fourth album follows three previous full-length releases. LUX was released on Nov. 7 via Columbia Records and features 18 songs, as reported by Rolling Stone.

The record is described as an orchestral-pop album, a style that pairs pop songwriting with instruments and arrangements more often heard in concert halls, as noted by Vogue. Rosalía recorded it with the London Symphony Orchestra, with conducting by Daniel Bjarnason. Working with a full orchestra means writing for dozens of players rather than a small band or electronic production.

The track list includes collaborations with Björk, Carminho, Estrella Morente and Yves Tumor. Each appears as a credited guest on the 18-song set. The names were confirmed ahead of release as part of the album’s announced collaborators.

On the charts, LUX gave Rosalía her first top 10 on the Billboard 200, the all-genre albums chart in the United States. The chart ranks the most-consumed albums each week using sales and streaming equivalent album units, the measure that converts plays into album sales. LUX entered that ranking at No. 4 on the chart dated Nov. 22, 2025.

The album also entered at No. 1 on five other Billboard album charts: Top Latin Albums, Top Latin Pop Albums, Classical Albums, Classical Crossover Albums and World Albums. Each chart covers a different category, from Latin and pop groupings to classical and global music groupings. Rosalía became the first artist to debut at No. 1 on all five of those charts at the same time, according to Billboard.

What makes this stand out is the timing. Bieber’s note came almost a year after LUX was released and completed its opening chart run. For fans, this means the conversation around the album is still moving through celebrity social feeds well beyond its first week.
