Verve Signs 10-Year Lease to Stay in Hollywood Media District

Verve has signed a new 10-year lease for its worldwide headquarters in the Hollywood Media District.
The deal was reported as an exclusive by Variety on 15 October 2026. It keeps the agency in the neighbourhood it moved to in 2023.
Verve is an independent talent and literary agency, meaning it represents writers, directors, actors and other creatives. It was founded in 2010. Its cofounding partners are Adam Levine and Bryan Besser.
The headquarters sits across from Sunset Las Palmas Studios. Neighbours in the district include Netflix, All3Media, Formosa Group, Paramount, SiriusXM and Roc Nation.
The space was designed by global design collective RIOS. It includes a ground-floor theatre used for screenings, press events and industry and community programming.
The address is 6555 Barton and 959 Seward, part of the BA/SE creative office campus, according to 2023 announcements carried by Business Wire. The lease covers 53,000 square feet. At the time, it was described as one of the largest office leases in Los Angeles that year.
That move shifted Verve's Los Angeles base from Miracle Mile to Hollywood, The Hollywood Reporter reported in 2023. Its former headquarters was at 6310 San Vicente Blvd in L.A.'s Carthay Circle neighbourhood. The agency had expected to move into the Hollywood site in September 2023.
What makes this stand out is duration. Ten years is a long commitment. For staff, clients and visiting productions, it fixes where meetings, premieres and press days happen through the next decade.
