Terminal B TV, a Los Angeles-based non-scripted studio, has signed with talent agency Verve for representation, according to Deadline. The deal reunites Terminal B co-founder and CEO Tom Forman with Andy Stabile, Verve's Partner and Head of Unscripted, who represented Forman for roughly a decade starting in 2003 during their shared time at CAA.

Forman launched Terminal B TV in 2023 with Chad Gutstein and Dave Metzler. Gutstein serves as President, COO and CFO; Metzler is Chief Creative Officer. The company describes itself as a studio focused on premium documentaries, led by executives with a combined 35-plus years in television and digital content, according to its company website.

Terminal B's breakout credit is the Netflix true-crime documentary Unknown Number: The High School Catfish, directed by Skye Borgman and produced in association with Campfire Studios. The film, which examines a cyberbullying and harassment case in Michigan, debuted on Netflix on 29 August 2025. It opened as the platform's third most-watched film of the week with 8.6 million views, then climbed to the number-one film spot in its second week with 26.3 million additional views, Deadline reported.

The studio's current slate spans several networks. It produces The Baldwins, a TLC reality series starring Alec Baldwin and his family, and Dirty Rottten Scandals: The Price Is Right for E!. It is also producing Hunting Whitey, a three-part Hulu docuseries about Boston mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger, with Ben Affleck narrating and executive producing through his company Artists Equity.

Forman's track record runs deep in unscripted television. He previously produced Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the CBS reality series Kid Nation, and MTV's Catfish — the show that gave Terminal B's Netflix documentary its thematic DNA.

For Verve, the signing brings in a production company with active projects across streaming and cable at a moment when the agency has faced scrutiny. A Page Six report in July 2026 described client exits and reported late rent payments at the Los Angeles-based agency. Verve has also been reshaping its leadership: in May 2026, Partner and veteran agent Chris Noriega was appointed Head of Television Literary, while Felicia Prinz departed after 13 years — most recently as Partner and Head of the Television Literary Department — to join Range as a Partner, per Deadline. Stabile himself joined Verve from ICM in July 2022 as Partner and Head of Unscripted.

Verve, headquartered on Barton Avenue in Los Angeles, has also recently signed Brazilian filmmaker José Padilha, Deadline reported in June 2026, and launched a talent representation division headed by veteran agent Sean Grumman, hired from WME.

What gives the Terminal B deal its texture is the reunion underneath it. Forman and Stabile worked together for ten years before their paths split. Now they are back at the same table — with a studio that has a Netflix hit behind it and a Hulu docuseries ahead.
