Scarlet Stallone is taking the horror video game Fears to Fathom to film and television.

Her company SRYN Productions has optioned the rights, a paid exclusive to develop the property for a set period, for film and TV development, as reported by Deadline. Stallone will develop the project with the game's creator, Mukul Negi, who works professionally as Rayll.

The franchise launched in 2021 and is organised as a series of standalone instalments. It now comprises six chapters titled Home Alone, Norwood Hitchhike, Carson House, Ironbark Lookout, Woodbury Getaway and Scratch Creek, according to Deadline.

The numbers explain the interest. The first instalment, Home Alone, has passed 2.3 million downloads on Steam, the PC games store. The later paid instalments have collectively sold more than 1.25 million copies.

Rayll built the first game while studying at Delhi Technological University. He had first become known in 2017 for the puzzle game Loopables, and founded Rayll Studios in 2023 to continue the Fears to Fathom series.

Stallone is known on screen as Spencer in the Paramount+ crime drama Tulsa King. On this project she is acting as a producer through SRYN, working directly with Rayll on the screen adaptation.

Stallone is represented by Independent Artist Group and Untitled, while Rayll is represented by Independent Artist Group.

For fans, this means six ready-made stories to choose from. Each game title is its own self-contained scare, which gives the producers separate starting points for films, a series or a mix of both.
