Amiri, the fashion label founded by designer Mike Amiri, will dress FC Barcelona, the football club, for a second season as its official formalwear partner. The deal covers tailoring for travel and official appearances, the off-pitch uniform for a modern squad. The renewal was reported by WWD on 19 October 2026.

The partnership began in November 2025, when Amiri signed its first agreement with the club. FC Barcelona confirmed the appointment as its new formalwear partner on its official website on 3 November 2025, as recorded by FC Barcelona. Behind-the-scenes footage of players trying on the first suits followed later that month.

The cut is sharp. For season two, the players' wardrobe centres on Italian-inspired suits in multistriped grey wool, a cloth that references the team's kits. Amiri, which presents the range as AMIRI x FC Barcelona, describes the approach as formality meeting a sporting spirit shaped by the players and its own design language.

Club leadership dresses separately. Amiri created a single-breasted, one-button jacket with peak lapels, the pointed collar shape often used for formal suits, with classic-fit trousers in a grey wool mix for FC Barcelona executives. Joan Soler i Ferre, vice-president for the club's commercial area, oversees that commercial side of the relationship.

The accessories stay in the same palette. The wardrobe includes a travel duffle, a dopp kit, a small wash bag, and a belt in grey embossed with Amiri's MA Quad Monogram. Each piece carries the house pattern rather than club crests, keeping the look closer to fashion than to replica kit.

Six players front the campaign. Lamine Yamal, Pedri Gonzalez, Jules Kounde, Rodri, Raphinha and Anthony Gordon will appear in marketing materials for the new collection. The casting mixes Barcelona regulars with wider football names, a common tactic for fashion labels seeking reach beyond one club's fanbase.

For fans, this means the suits will be hard to miss. Amiri features the collaboration in a dedicated AMIRI x FC Barcelona section of its website, inviting visitors to discover the campaign, as shown on Amiri. The label has said it will create customised suiting for players across both the men's and women's teams, extending the formalwear brief beyond the men's first team.
