Tate McRae closes Victoria's Secret set with Housewife and Gigi Hadid

Tate McRae brought Gigi Hadid on stage with her to close her set with “Housewife” at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The performance took place on Sunday, Oct. 18 in Los Angeles. McRae played three songs in her showcase, with “Housewife” as the final number, according to Billboard.
Her set also included “Dear God” and “Sports Car.” The three songs were performed live on the runway, with models walking during the music. That format is central to the show, which pairs fashion segments with live sets rather than separating the concert and the catwalk.
Hadid joined McRae during “Housewife.” She walked alongside the singer on stage for the song. It was the most talked-about moment in McRae’s section, and it put the focus on both the performer and the runway at the same time.
McRae was part of a wider music line-up for the night. Megan Moroney performed before McRae. Megan Thee Stallion provided live music after McRae’s showcase had finished, Billboard reported.
KATSEYE also provided live music at the event. The group was on the bill alongside McRae, Moroney and Megan Thee Stallion. Together, the four acts covered the main performance slots across the show.
The 2026 edition was held in Los Angeles, as previously announced by the brand and reported by Billboard. The city has hosted large-scale entertainment productions for decades, with ready access to venues, crews and broadcast teams. For a production built around live music and a runway, that infrastructure matters.
For viewers new to the format, this means the music acts perform inside the show itself. They sing while the fashion presentation moves around them. The camera follows both at once.
What makes this stand out is the sequencing. Moroney set up the section before McRae, McRae carried three songs through the middle, and Megan Thee Stallion picked it up afterwards. Hadid’s appearance during “Housewife” gave McRae’s final song a clear visual point of difference from the two songs before it.
McRae’s choice of material also kept the focus on current releases. “Housewife” was positioned as the closing statement. “Dear God” and “Sports Car” filled out the rest of the short set. Short sets are normal for this show, where several performers share one night.
