A$AP Rocky releases Shroom Clouds video ahead of Don't Be Dumb deluxe

A$AP Rocky has released the music video for “Shroom Clouds,” his long-teased single that now leads the next chapter of his album Don’t Be Dumb.
The video was directed by Rocky alongside Aisulton Seitov and Pietro Biz Biasia, according to Rolling Stone. It follows the song’s release on 16 October via A$AP Worldwide/RCA, as reported by Pitchfork.
The track itself is a collaboration. Reggie sings the chorus and bridge, while Jeremih handles the outro. As the lead single — the first song issued ahead of a larger project — it is set to appear on Disc 2, the upcoming deluxe edition, meaning an expanded reissue with extra songs, of Don’t Be Dumb.
For longtime listeners, this one has history. Rocky first performed it under the title “Mushroom Clouds” in 2021 at a Weedmaps 4/20 event. He then previewed it again at his Governors Ball set later that year, and during an Amazon Music Live event in 2022.
Don’t Be Dumb, his most recent album, was released in January. A release date for Disc 2 has not been confirmed. The second disc is expected to combine previously released songs with unreleased material, according to Power 106.
What makes this stand out for fans watching closely is a detail in the video. One shot shows a cop car crashed halfway up a brick building painted with the date “30 OCT 2026.” Rocky’s team has not confirmed what the date points to, and no date for Disc 2 has been announced.
