Grizzlies move to DAZN for 2026-27 with Jazz opener on Oct. 21

The Memphis Grizzlies have a new exclusive streaming home in the United States for the 2026-27 season: DAZN.
The team opens against the Utah Jazz at FedExForum in Memphis on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. ET, according to the most recent guide to the season The Hollywood Reporter. Tip-off is close. The NBA regular season as a whole tips off on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
The NBA lists the opener as Jazz vs Grizzlies at FedExForum, with a 6:00 p.m. MDT start, which aligns with the 8 p.m. ET listing NBA.com. DAZN lists the Grizzlies vs Jazz game as a DAZN Exclusive broadcast. The league's Grizzlies game page carries a Watch Grizzlies on DAZN LIVE listing.
DAZN describes itself as the exclusive home of the Grizzlies in the US for the season. It says it will stream 80 regular-season Grizzlies games live in 2026-27, and that some games can be watched for free DAZN.
For households trying to organise viewing, DAZN offers dedicated team subscriptions on a monthly or full-season basis. Both the Standard and Ultimate Grizzlies plans include every locally broadcast Grizzlies game live and on demand, with a seven-day free trial subject to eligibility and offer terms.
Standard costs $19.99 per month. Ultimate costs $24.99 per month. The season pass, meaning a one-off payment for the season rather than a monthly charge, costs $119.99 for Standard and $139.99 for Ultimate.
The difference sits in screens and extras. Standard supports streaming on two devices in one location and allows downloads for on-the-go viewing. Ultimate allows multiview, meaning up to four games on one screen at once, plus streaming on five devices across two locations.
Ultimate also includes alternative feeds and camera angles and a one-time 20 percent discount at GrizzliesStore.com.
The opener brings Utah to Memphis with a new face. The Jazz selected Kansas guard Darryn Peterson No. 2 overall, according to DAZN's season preview.
For fans, this means the local broadcast is centralised in one app this season. Check blackout rules, device limits and free-trial eligibility before the Oct. 21 opener.
