The Golden Life Brings the New York Housewives to E! and Florida

The Real Housewives of New York City are changing channel and postcode for their next chapter. The Golden Life, a spin-off built around familiar faces from that franchise, premieres on E! on Tuesday, Oct. 20 with a special 90-minute episode, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The opener airs twice that evening, at 8 p.m. ET/PT and again at 10 p.m. ET/PT. It is an E! series, not a Bravo series.
The launch is longer than what follows. The first season runs for 10 episodes in total. After premiere night, the programme settles into 60-minute episodes airing weekly on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on E!.
That regular slot keeps the show in the same place on the programme guide each week. Watching live means having E! through cable or a live television streamer. The series is available live online through DirecTV, Fubo, Sling and Hulu + Live TV.
Those are paid services that carry the broadcast feed as it goes out, so the show starts at the listed hour in each time zone. ET stands for Eastern Time and PT stands for Pacific Time, so viewers outside those zones should check a local listing. Channel line-ups can differ by package, so confirm E! is included before airtime.
There is no next-day catch-up in the usual Housewives home. New episodes will not be available to stream on demand via Peacock. That sets The Golden Life apart from many Bravo-linked titles that land on Peacock after broadcast.
For this run, the E! broadcast, a live stream of E!, or a recording from those sources is the way to see it. Cloud DVR recording, where offered, keeps the episode for later viewing. The story follows New York City housewives starting over in Florida, as described by PennLive.
The cast includes Candace Bushnell and Margaret Josephs, who joined the project earlier this year, Deadline reported. E! later ordered additional episodes of the reunion series, expanding the run.
For fans, this means a small reset of old habits. Look for a favourite franchise in a new place. Set for E! on Tuesday nights, and allow 90 minutes for the opener.
