Apple TV's Nocturne Premieres in New York Ahead of October 30 Debut

Apple TV's crime drama Nocturne held its red carpet premiere in New York on October 20, 2026, and the series is set to stream on Friday, October 30. Deadline's premiere gallery shows the cast and guests posing at Regal Union Square.
The show is a 10-episode drama starring Liev Schreiber, Zazie Beetz and Stephen Graham. Schreiber plays Jonah Lynn, an ex-soldier who has become a homicide detective. Graham plays Jurek Walter, a serial killer.
Apple TV's show page describes the premise. A victim of Walter unexpectedly turns up alive, and Lynn races against time to find the one person still missing. The series was known as Lazarus during development, according to Deadline's July report. It is based on the crime novels Lazarus and The Sandman by Lars Kepler. Apple TV's person pages list Kepler with a producer credit on the show.
Behind the cameras, John Hlavin developed the series for television and runs the writers' room as showrunner. Rowan Joffe created it for television. A+E Studios produces it for Apple TV, in association with Range Studios. Tim Van Patten directs the first two episodes.
Schreiber and Beetz are both executive producers. Beetz works through her production company, Sleepy Poppy. Schreiber and Beetz have both been part of the marketing push, and the trailer came out in September through an Apple TV press release.
At the premiere, Anne Windsland, Rory Culkin, Zazie Beetz, Gary Carr, Poorna Jagannathan, Liev Schreiber, Landon Valentin, Chrissy Metz, Abigail Donaghy, Stephen Graham and Chris Blunt posed together. Apple's UK press page lists the release date as 30 October 2026, the same day given in its July newsroom release.
For viewers, the practical point is simple. The series will be available on Apple TV from Friday, October 30, with all 10 episodes listed on the service. Apple TV has described the debut as global, so it is not limited to one country.
