Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Joins Xbox Game Pass on October 29
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade arrives on Xbox Game Pass on October 29, Xbox has announced. It is one of nine games on the subscription's late-October list, which runs to November 3.
Game Pass is Microsoft's subscription service. For a monthly fee, members can play a rotating library of games on Xbox consoles, on PC and through cloud streaming, where a game runs on remote servers and streams to the screen. The Intergrade edition is coming to Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass, the service's three top tiers. Polygon reports that it includes improved visuals and extra story content starring Yuffie Kisaragi.
The original game came to Xbox Series X/S in January 2026, after a long stretch as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. The Intergrade version covers the story up to the party's escape from Midgar, the city where the opening chapters take place. Xbox Wire published the announcement on October 20, 2026, under the headline "Coming to XBOX Game Pass: Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, The Séance of Blake Manor, and More."
The rest of the list is spread across the next two weeks:
- Sandustry: October 21
- Dodo Duckie: October 22
- Scramble Knights Online: October 26
- The Séance of Blake Manor: October 27
- Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Mouthwashing, Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted and Terrible Lizards: October 29
- Pit of Goblin: November 3
Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted is a 2025 high-definition remaster of the original tower defence game, where players place plant defenders to stop waves of zombies. It arrives through EA Play, the library of EA games that Game Pass includes. Video Games Chronicle has listed the full October batch.
Some games are also leaving. Xbox says nine titles will leave Game Pass on October 31, including Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Deep Rock Galactic, Grim Fandango Remastered and Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Football Manager 26 and Football Manager 26 Console Edition leave on November 10.
Game Pass lists change every month, so the dates above are the ones to watch. Each game has its own start date, and the leaving dates apply to the subscription, not to any game a player has bought outright.
