Xbox Game Pass to lose nine games on 15 October

Nine games will leave Xbox Game Pass on 15 October 2026, including Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Pacific Drive and A Plague Tale Requiem.
The date applies to the whole group. Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service, a membership that offers a rotating catalogue of games for a regular fee. Titles arrive and depart on set dates, and a game that leaves is no longer playable through the membership unless it is bought separately. GameSpot reported the list on 2 October 2026.
The nine games scheduled to leave on 15 October 2026 are:
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
- The Casting of Frank Stone
- Crime Scene Cleaner
- Donut County
- Evil West
- Superball
- Nova Roma (Game Preview)
- Pacific Drive
- A Plague Tale Requiem
Nova Roma is listed as a Game Preview release, an early-access version still in development. The other eight are full releases. All nine will leave on the same day.
Members who want to keep playing can buy at a lower price. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can save 20% when buying a leaving game before it leaves the service.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 has been in the catalogue since last year. It was announced as coming soon to Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on 15 April 2025, according to Xbox. That announcement date is separate from the leaving date. The leaving date is the one that now matters for access.
For subscribers, this means two weeks to plan. Finish that run. Start that final chapter. Or use the discount to keep the game in a personal library. Progress often carries over, but access through the subscription ends on the stated date.
