Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11 averaged 2.8 million total viewers across platforms in its first seven days, according to Deadline. "Total viewers" adds up people watching on Bravo, the cable channel, and on Peacock, the streaming service, into one count.

Deadline reports that the season was the most-watched in the Below Deck franchise in five years. That figure combines Nielsen data, the audience-measurement company, with internal numbers from NBCUniversal, which owns both Bravo and Peacock.

Growth was strongest on the streaming side. The season was up 37% on Peacock and 36% on Bravo's traditional schedule-based channel, known in the trade as "linear," in the seven-day window. NBCUniversal says the 18-34 audience for the show on Peacock rose 68%. It also says the season finished as a top three Bravo season of all time on streaming, measured by weekly viewing.

On ordinary cable television, the show was the top cable entertainment reality series among adults 18-49, according to the same report. The season also generated 174 million total impressions, which is a count of how often the episodes were served and seen across platforms. NBCUniversal calls that a record for the franchise.

The show is made by 51 Minds Entertainment, a Banijay Americas company. Behind every episode is a full crew working on a yacht for the length of the season, and their earnings are part of the story too. At the final tip meeting, where the captain shares out what guests left behind, Captain Sandy announced the crew had earned a total of $253,518 in tips, according to Bravo's Daily Dish, published on 5 October.

For viewers, the numbers mean the show reached people who watch on both the channel and the app, not just one or the other. Peacock's growth among younger viewers is the figure NBCUniversal has put most weight on. The season's audience is now the measure the next season will be compared against.
