Yaga, a Baba Yaga mystery from Crave, premieres on AMC+ on October 23

The supernatural thriller Yaga arrives on AMC+ on Friday, October 23, with its first two episodes. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the series is new episodes every Friday after that, with a two-episode finale on November 27.
The show is a mystery built around the Slavic folk figure Baba Yaga, a witch from old fairy tales. It follows the search for a missing college student, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Crave's own synopsis describes a private detective who arrives in a small coastal town to look into the disappearance of a young heir. Noah Reid plays Rapp, the private investigator, and Hudson Williams plays Henry Park.
The cast also includes Clark Backo and Carrie-Anne Moss. The series has eight half-hour episodes and is adapted from a stage play by Kat Sandler, who is also its showrunner and writer, meaning she leads the writing team and day-to-day creative direction. Mackenzie Donaldson, Andrew Miller and Moss are executive producers. David Frazee and Rachel Talalay are co-directors, according to AMC.
Where you can watch depends on where you live. In the United States, Deadline reported in April that AMC+ won exclusive U.S. streaming rights to the series in a competitive bidding situation. The Hollywood Reporter lists AMC+, Prime Video and Philo as places to stream it. AMC+ costs $7.99 a month with ads, or $10.99 a month without them. Canadian viewers watch on Crave, which is the Canadian company behind the series. Sky has the rights in the UK and Ireland, according to a Bell Media release from March.
Deadline also describes Yaga as Hudson Williams's follow-up series after Heated Rivalry. AMC held a Yaga panel at New York Comic Con on October 9, and the series appeared on AMC's FearFest 2026 schedule.
For most viewers the practical question is simple: which app, and which night. The answer is Friday, starting October 23, with the finale due on November 27.
