GTA 6 Burgers Are Coming to Every Skinny Louie in Florida
Every Skinny Louie restaurant in Florida will serve GTA 6 burgers starting in early November. GameSpot reports that the promotion is part of a partnership between Rockstar Games and Skinny Louie, a burger chain, to promote GTA 6.
The burgers are a real-world take on Burger Shot, the fictional fast-food restaurant that appears in the Grand Theft Auto series. Burger Shot locations serve smash burgers, fries and drinks. Skinny Louie's own listing for its Kaseya Center operation describes smash burgers across four locations inside the arena, plus a full milkshake bar.
The Kaseya Center is the home of the Miami Heat, and South Florida fans can buy the burgers in person or have them delivered. The Florida list on Skinny Louie's website includes Aventura, Coral Gables, Dania Beach, Little Havana, South Miami, West Palm Beach and Wynwood. Wynwood is the chain's original spot, according to the company. Dania Beach is its first location in Broward County.
The Kaseya Center address is 601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami. Several arena sections are listed, including 105, 120, 124, 308 and 324.
Skinny Louie stores will convert to Burger Shot through the end of the year. The promotional campaign runs through December 31. Some of those dates may shift.
The arena is part of a wider plan. IGN reported on 21 October that Rockstar Games is bringing a real-life version of Burger Shot to the Miami Heat's arena. That report and the Skinny Louie promotion point to the same Florida push, with the arena as a central stop.
For fans who have spent years eating virtual burgers in the game, the appeal is simple. They can now order one in a real restaurant. For everyone else, the story is a small case of a video game's fictional brand moving into the food business, with a chain that already runs a busy set of locations in the state.
Fans who want to try a GTA 6 burger should check their nearest Skinny Louie before heading out. The menu, the locations and the delivery options are set out on the chain's website and in the promotion's announcement.
