Slayyyter Cancels Remaining UK and European Tour Dates After Losing Her Voice

Slayyyter has cancelled the rest of her UK and European dates on the Wor$t Girl in America tour. Pitchfork reported the cancellations on 23 October 2026.
The cancelled stops were Copenhagen, Hamburg, Warsaw, Prague, Berlin, Antwerp, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Brighton and London. The shows were part of the European leg of the tour, which was still running when she lost her voice.
Slayyyter was diagnosed with laryngitis, an inflammation of the voice box, and with vocal cord tears, injuries to the folds of tissue in the throat that produce sound. The diagnosis followed several visits to doctors. People reported on 21 October 2026 that she had lost her voice before the cancellations.
She was ordered to take medication and to rest her voice completely for at least two weeks. Slayyyter cancelled the remaining dates to avoid permanent damage to her voice, according to the Pitchfork report.
Fans who bought tickets for the cancelled shows will receive full refunds at the point of sale, the place where the tickets were bought. Slayyyter and her team are also working on rebooking the cancelled shows for next year.
The tour is not finished. Slayyyter is still scheduled to play dates in 2027 across Australia, New Zealand and South America.
Her next release is also set. The companion album Wor$t Man in America, a record that accompanies the earlier Wor$t Girl project, will be released on 4 December.
For ticket holders, the refund is the immediate step. For the rest of the schedule, the next thing to watch is the rebooking, and the December album date is now fixed.
