Sam Fender Says His UK Stadium Ticket Prices Are Being Changed

Sam Fender is changing the prices for his 2027 UK stadium tour after fans objected to the cost of the top standing tickets. On 24 October he posted on Instagram that he was "not happy" with the prices and that "they're getting changed," according to The Guardian.
The tour stops at stadiums in Newcastle, Manchester, Cardiff and Edinburgh, plus two nights at London's Wembley Stadium in June 2027. His official website lists the Wembley date as 20 June.
The original seated prices ranged from £64.75 to £130.75. An Instagram post that prompted his reply claimed standing tickets would cost up to £130.75, which is about €156. Fender said he had removed the premium front standing tickets, which he described as costing £120. He said the standing area will not be split into separate price tiers. Billboard reported that the changes mean the standing area will not be split.
Under the revised prices, general admission starts at £85. Seated tickets are £55, £75 or £95, depending on where the seat is. Those figures exclude venue and booking fees, plus a £1 contribution to the LIVE Trust, a charity linked to live music. Fender also said the prices had risen well beyond what he had intended.
Presale begins at 09:30 GMT on 28 October, and general sale opens on 31 October. The official shop's FAQ says the presale covers UK dates and venues only.
The same official site is taking pre-orders for his next album. The CD, listed as SF4, is due to ship in mid-2027, and each customer can order up to four copies. The album's title and artwork are not final yet.
For fans, the news is simple to check. Before fees, the cheapest seat is now £55 and the cheapest general admission ticket is £85. Anyone planning a trip to Wembley or one of the other stadiums has a few days to decide, and the cost of getting in is a bigger question for many of them than the set list.
