Dezeen readers pick 14 interiors winners in the 2026 public vote

Readers have chosen 14 winners in the interiors public vote for the Dezeen Awards 2026. Dezeen, the London-based architecture and design website, announced the results on 27 October 2026.
The winners were picked from a shortlist of 392 projects. Voting ran from 28 September to 16 October, and anyone could take part. A public vote means the winners are chosen by the audience rather than by a panel of judges.
Among the winners, The Atrium in Sydney, Australia, by Anna Carin Design took the public vote for residential interior (small). Casa Co in Guadalajara, Mexico, by Aagnes won in the residential interior (large) category. Jeju in Vancouver, Canada, by &Daughters was picked as the best restaurant interior.
Readers also backed Coworking Spaces at C1 Alexanderplatz in Berlin, designed by Bruzkus Greenberg, and the Banda Agency Office in Kyiv, Ukraine, by Ater Architects. The full list of 14 is in Dezeen's own write-up, which is titled "See all 14 winning interiors".
The interiors results follow a separate architecture vote. On 26 October, Dezeen said readers had picked 19 architecture winners. One of them, House 144º in Barcelona, Spain, by Jaime Prous Architects and Pineda & Monedero, won the urban house category for 2026.
Two more dates are on the calendar. The overall winners, which will be chosen across the awards, will be announced at a party on 16 November at the Royal Opera House in London. The Royal Opera House is the home of the Royal Ballet and Opera in London's Covent Garden.
Dezeen runs the awards in partnership with Trimble, and Framery and Programa sponsor the interiors categories. Shortlists cover 49 categories across architecture, interiors and design.
For anyone who has ever wondered which room they would most like to sit in, the answer now comes from Dezeen's readers. The 14 interiors winners range from a small flat in Sydney to a coworking floor in Berlin, and a restaurant in Vancouver. Each of them was chosen by people who clicked a vote, not by a jury in a room.
