Post Malone Teases Unreleased Track 'Bad Mood' Ahead of Album 'Eternal Buzz'

Post Malone has given fans their first taste of new music from his upcoming album, previewing a track called "Bad Mood" on Instagram on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
The clip, posted to his official account, is a short teaser for a song that has not yet been released. The caption read "eternal buzz coming soon," a reference to the title of his next album, Eternal Buzz. He also added the hashtag "#badmood." The reel had 55,000 likes and 1,432 comments on the Instagram post.
The preview includes a few lines of lyrics, among them "Guess I'm doomed," "Didn't think things through / What did I do?" and "Sorry I was in a bad mood." Post Malone also shared the teaser on his official Facebook page, where the caption included the phrase "love you mofos."
The teaser follows a post from Thursday, 15 October, in which he showed a selfie in front of a whiteboard covered in song titles grouped by colour. He said he had a "shitload of songs" coming for the new record. Earlier in October, he had also told fans he was working to finish Eternal Buzz.
Post Malone has a long run of chart success behind him. His 2018 album Beerbongs & Bentleys topped the Billboard 200 for three weeks, the chart that ranks the best-selling albums in the United States each week. His 2024 album F-1 Trillion topped the U.S. albums chart, and his 2023 album Austin reached No. 2 on the same list. He has also recently toured stadiums alongside Jelly Roll, another U.S. artist.
For now, the public has a short clip and a handful of lyrics to go on. The album's release date has not been announced, so fans will need to wait for the next official update from the artist or his label.
For fans, the teaser is a reminder that a new album is taking shape, and that the song titles on that whiteboard are still being sorted. Watch the official accounts for the full track and for any date announcement.
