Offset will release his new album, GMFU, on Friday, 13 November, the rapper announced on 2 November, Billboard reported.

GMFU stands for "Got Me Fucked Up." It is Offset's first solo album since Kiari, which arrived in August 2025 and peaked at No. 16 on the Billboard 200, the US chart that ranks albums by sales, streams and radio-style plays each week. Kiari's chart position is the benchmark for the new record's launch week, though no sales forecast has been published.

The album arrives after a run of singles. In September, Offset released "Something I Need" to start his current solo chapter. In October he followed it with "Every Night," featuring Don Toliver. That song samples Jodeci, the 1990s R&B group, which means it reuses a short piece of one of their recordings inside a new track.

Offset also reunited with Quavo on "Away," a song that appeared on Quavo's album QROMELIFE. The two are members of Migos, the Atlanta trio that also included Takeoff, who died in 2022. Billboard reported that Quavo and Offset are slated to record a final Migos project in 2027.

In October, The Source reported Offset explaining the project's purpose. He said GMFU is meant to refocus attention on his music and to establish what he can do as an artist on his own.

Solo albums often arrive with a full rollout, which is the set of singles, videos, interviews and live dates that build up to release day. Offset has not announced a tour alongside the album so far. Fans who want to hear the record will be able to stream it on the day it comes out, 13 November, when it becomes available on the major services.
