Jade's "Angel of My Dreams" Debuts on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 70

Jade Thirlwall has her first solo song on the Billboard Hot 100. "Angel of My Dreams" debuted at No. 70 on the chart dated Nov. 7, Billboard reported. She is the first member of Little Mix to reach the chart as a soloist.

The Hot 100 is Billboard's weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States. It counts streams, radio airplay and sales, and a song's position can move a long way in a single week.

The song's rise began with a runway. Kylie Jenner walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on Oct. 18 to "Angel of My Dreams," wearing the $50 million Fantasy Bra. On the day of the show, the song logged 18,000 official U.S. streams. The next day, it rose 1,434% to more than 284,000.

For the tracking week of Oct. 23 to 29, the song drew 3.8 million official U.S. streams, up 65%, according to Luminate, the company that collects streaming and sales data for Billboard. Streams are counted each time a listener plays a track in full on a licensed service.

The song also moved on Billboard's Hot Dance/Pop Songs chart, which ranks dance and pop tracks. It debuted at No. 6 on the chart dated Oct. 31 and climbed to No. 4 in its second week.

Little Mix formed on the U.K. television talent show The X Factor in 2011, and it became the first group to win the competition. The four members were Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. Jade already had three Hot 100 entries with the group: "Wings," which peaked at No. 79 in 2013, "Black Magic," at No. 67 in 2015, and "Shout Out to My Ex," at No. 69 in 2016.

Jesy Nelson left the group in December 2020, and the remaining trio went on hiatus in 2022. Jade's solo career started on July 19, 2024, with "Angel of My Dreams," released through RCA Records. The song samples Sandie Shaw's 1967 single "Puppet on a String," and it reached No. 7 on the U.K. Official Singles Chart. It debuted and peaked at No. 175 on Billboard's Global Excl. U.S. chart in August 2024.

The track was also the lead single from her debut solo album, That's Showbiz Baby!, which reached No. 6 on Top Dance Albums and No. 24 on Top Album Sales in September 2025. Jade later won her first solo BRIT Award, for Best Pop Act.

What makes this entry notable is the timing. The song was more than two years old when the fashion show brought it back to a wider audience. Its Hot 100 debut arrived about a week after that show, on a chart that reflects the streams earned that week.
