Dominique Moore has launched DMA Talent, a development agency for young performers, and it opened with around 10 clients, Deadline reported on 4 November 2026.

A development agency works with performers early in their careers, helping them build skills and find work over time. DMA Talent says it supports young talent from age six to adulthood. Among its first clients is Sienna Grey Moore, an actor in Waffle's After School Club.

The agency's approach is built around the children themselves. According to the same report, DMA Talent employs staff focused on wellbeing and safeguarding, and it provides an in-house chaperone team during filming. Chaperones are adults who look after young performers on set. The agency also offers specialist aftercare when a project finishes, so young performers have support once the cameras stop. Geri Spicer is one of the agents at the company.

Moore is no stranger to the screen. She appeared in the CBBC series Horrible Histories, where she played Rosa Parks and Mary Seacole. Her other credits include Tracey Ullman's Show, which aired on the BBC and HBO, and BBC Three's Barely Legal.

Moore also has a long record of mentoring. Over 10 years, she worked through DMA London and the not-for-profit DMA Foundation, where she is a trustee. Her former mentees include Maddie Evans of House of the Dragon, Cole Martin of My Name Is Leon, Isabella Sermon of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and Evie Templeton of Wednesday. DMA London, a members-only studio for young professional actors, offers personalised coaching and industry-backed support, and it has backing from the actor David Jonsson.

Moore said DMA Talent can set a new standard for how young talent is developed and cared for. That is a claim about the agency's aims, and the company has not yet said how its approach will be measured.

The name has also appeared on paper. The UK Trade Marks Journal published a DMA TALENT entry in August 2026, naming DMA Talent Ltd as the owner and listing the mark under class 35, the part of the trade mark system covering business and advertising services. The UK Intellectual Property Office publishes these journals.

For families weighing a child's move into acting, the practical questions are who looks after a young performer on set and what happens after a job ends. DMA Talent has put both answers at the centre of its launch. Whether the agency grows beyond its first 10 clients will show over the coming months.
