Depop Releases Shoppable Edits as Chicken Shop Date Nears Its Final Episode

Depop, the online marketplace where people buy and sell secondhand and vintage clothes, has released a set of shoppable edits to mark the end of Chicken Shop Date, the video series created by Amelia Dimoldenberg. The edits are live now on the Depop app and website.
Dimoldenberg announced the end of the show on 3 September. The Depop collaboration was developed with her and her stylist, Chloe Griffin. Each edit is linked to an episode and draws on listings that reflect Dimoldenberg's own taste, her earlier looks, and outfits worn by celebrity guests on the show.
A second part of the partnership is an exclusive Shop Drop, a limited release of pieces from Dimoldenberg's personal wardrobe. Some of those items were worn during Chicken Shop Date. The Shop Drop opens on 12 November, the date the final episode is scheduled to air. Depop's edits are being shown on the app and website, with Steve Dool, Depop's senior director of brand and creative, named in the announcement.
Dimoldenberg also plans to wear looks sourced from Depop in two places: the fifth episode of the show's last series, and an upcoming New York premiere marking the ending. Fans who want to see the clothes in person will have another option on 24 November. That night, she will host a one-night-only Chicken Shop Date event at cinemas in the UK, Ireland and Paris, held with YouTube's Cine Club, according to Variety.
The show began in March 2014, and it has run for more than a decade. Dimoldenberg studied at Central Saint Martins, the London art and design college, and she has been a red carpet correspondent and social media ambassador for the Academy Awards since 2024. She has also made an original series with Formula 1, the motor racing championship, called Passenger Princess.
For viewers, the timing gives the ending a practical side. The edits can be shopped now, and the personal wardrobe pieces arrive on the same day as the final episode. For Depop, a marketplace built on used and vintage stock, the partnership puts its listings alongside a presenter's own clothes, with each piece sold through the platform.
The final episode is due on 12 November.
