Karol G Hosts Album Party Streamed to Four Million Fans on TikTok
Karol G celebrated her album No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto with a livestreamed party on TikTok on Wednesday, Nov. 4, and four million fans tuned in at the same time, according to Billboard.
The party took place at Quarry Studios in Mexico City. TikTok presented it as a TikTok LIVE Premiere, a one-hour set on Karol G's official account from 8 to 9 p.m. Mexico City time, Complex reported before the broadcast. She performed 11 songs in total.
The show brought in several guests. Greg González, leader of the band Cigarettes After Sex, played guitar as Karol G sang "Después de Ti." DJ John Summit joined her on stage and announced a remix of her hit "BbY WOW." La Obsesión Factory and DJ Maracuya joined her for a remix of "AltaFarra."
The album is her sixth. It came out on Aug. 7 through Bichota, Interscope and Capitol. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart, the weekly ranking of Spanish-language albums, and stayed at No. 1 for 11 weeks. On the Billboard 200, the main US album chart, it peaked at No. 8. Drake appears on the track "Ahí," and Bruno Mars appears on "Still."
Fans who want to see her live have dates coming up. Karol G is scheduled to play Monterrey's Estadio BBVA on Nov. 6, 7 and 8, and Mexico City's Estadio GNP Seguros on Nov. 13, 14 and 15. Both stops are part of her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour. Her official website lists 2026 tour dates.
The website also sells merchandise in US dollars. A Viajando Por El Mundo Admat Tee and a La Tropicoqueta Tee are each $50.00. A Viajando Por El Mundo Blanket costs $80.00, and an Ivonny Hoodie costs $140.00. A Chellita Plushie is $30.00, and a Viajando Por El Mundo Admat Brown Zip is $125.00.
The party comes after a strong year for the awards circuit. Karol G won four honors at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards, including Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Female, and Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year, Female.
For a fan who missed the stream, the simplest way to catch up is to check her official account and the tour listings on her website. The party also shows how a single album can now be marketed as a live show, with the audience joining from their phones.
