Prime Video Sets November 20 Date for Two-Part Melania Trump Series
Amazon Prime Video will release a two-part documentary series about Melania Trump on November 20, 2026, according to Variety. The series is called MELANIA, The Series. Its two episodes are titled "Family & Trust" and "Pride & Honor."
"Family & Trust" follows Melania Trump as she prepares to become First Lady. "Pride & Honor" picks up moments after the inauguration. Amazon has released an official trailer, and its press site confirms the November 20 premiere date.
The series follows a feature film, also called "Melania." Amazon describes that film as offering access to the 20 days leading up to the 2025 Presidential Inauguration. Brett Ratner directed it. Melania Trump executive produced it alongside Marc Beckman.
The film opened in cinemas on January 30 and arrived on streaming on March 9. Variety reports that it took in $16.6 million worldwide at the box office. The same report says Amazon paid $40 million for the rights to the film, and spent a further $35 million on marketing.
The premiere in January drew a crowd of political figures. Reuters reported that members of the Trump cabinet attended the black-carpet event in Washington.
For anyone who watched the film, the series offers a second look at the same stretch of time, split into two parts. For anyone who has not, it is a new way in. Both episodes will be available on Prime Video from November 20.
