Kevin Roberts, president of The Heritage Foundation, discussed the group's priorities and his hopes for the future of the Republican Party and its policies in an interview with NPR. The conversation was featured on NPR's All Things Considered program on November 7, 2026, at 5:12 p.m. Eastern time.

The Heritage Foundation is a conservative think tank, a policy research group. In March 2022, the group unveiled seven policy priorities for 2022 and beyond. Among them are empowering parents to make education choices, securing America's borders and reducing crime, and ensuring free and fair elections.

Staff changes at the group have also been reported. NPR reported in December 2025 that former Heritage Foundation staff had joined a group founded by former Vice President Mike Pence.
