Miley Cyrus has announced her 10th studio album, describing it as "a love story," in a Wonderland magazine interview published on July 27, 2026. The reveal came in the Summer 2026 issue of the British culture title, which Cyrus guest-edited, in conversation with writer Daryl Hannah Billboard.

Cyrus told Wonderland the album will contain 10 tracks and that she began the project by writing the full tracklist, never deviating from it during the recording process. She described the record's love story as "never one-dimensional" and "always layered," and called the album "a reflection of where I am in my life" Wonderland; Consequence.

Billboard reported that the album may arrive before the Grammy Awards in February 2027, which would place it within the eligibility window for that ceremony — the recording industry's annual awards judged by the Recording Academy's voting membership. No official release date has been confirmed.

The announcement follows a label change for Cyrus. After 13 years with Sony Music, she signed with Atlantic Records, a label group under Warner Music Group — one of the three major record companies that dominate global music distribution, alongside Universal and Sony. Her new album will be released through Atlantic Billboard.

Cyrus's recording career spans 19 years and nine studio albums, beginning with her 2007 debut, Meet Miley Cyrus, released when she was 14 and already known to television audiences from the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana Wonderland. Her most recent full-length before the new project, Something Beautiful, was released in May 2025 via Columbia, a Sony-owned label.
