KATSEYE will make their first-ever late-night television performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Aug. 12, Billboard revealed on Aug. 5 (Billboard).

The episode airs at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on NBC. The five members — Megan, Yoonchae, Lara, Daniela and Sophia — will sit for an interview with Fallon to discuss their new EP Wild and upcoming tour plans. Matthew McConaughey is also booked as a guest on the same episode.

The song KATSEYE will perform was not confirmed at the time of the announcement, but Billboard noted that a track from Wild was considered likely. The EP itself is set to drop two days after the Tonight Show visit, placing its release around Aug. 14.

KATSEYE's official X account, @katseyeworld, shared the news with fans, who the group calls "EYEKONS," urging them to tune in for the broadcast.

The group will kick off its Wildworld Tour in early September, though specific dates and venues were not detailed in the Billboard report.

This is not KATSEYE's first time in Fallon's studio. The group previously appeared on The Tonight Show in February, ahead of their spot in a State Farm Super Bowl commercial. Billboard published exclusive behind-the-scenes photos from that Feb. 4 sit-down. The difference this time: Aug. 12 will mark their debut as musical performers on the late-night stage.

KATSEYE will appear as a five-piece. Sixth member Manon has been on hiatus since February, when their label, HYBE, announced she was stepping back to focus on her well-being. In June, member Sophia said the group wants to give Manon all the time and space she needs, addressing ongoing questions about her absence.

For fans, the Fallon appearance is a first look at KATSEYE on a major American late-night stage as a performing act — not just guests in conversation. With the EP landing two days later and a tour starting weeks after, the television slot lands squarely in the middle of a packed rollout.

Whether the chosen song is a single, a deep cut or something unheard until airtime remains to be seen. The group has not previewed which track from Wild they plan to bring to Studio 6B.
