Max Styler released his six-track EP I Don't Think I Can Stop on 7 August 2026 via Nu Moda, the label he launched in October 2025. The California-born producer announced the release a week earlier on his official X account, telling followers that the following Friday would bring six new tracks (X/@maxstylermusic).

The EP is the largest body of music Styler has released in a decade, according to his own description, and the culmination of years of work. Its title track is a collaboration with fellow artists Kuuda and Benni Ola (Beatport). The release arrives on the imprint Styler founded to house his own output, giving him ownership of the master recordings — the original sound recordings that generate royalties each time a track is played or sold.

Styler is a San Luis Obispo native who got his start early. In 2013, at seventeen, he opened for the British trance trio Above & Beyond at a show promoted by Collective Effort Events in his hometown. He went on to sign a long-term deal with Dim Mak, the label founded by Steve Aoki, and stayed there for eight years. Since 2022, his tracks have appeared on Spinnin' Records, John Summit's Experts Only, and Solomun's Diynamic — three labels that sit across mainstream dance, tech house and melodic house, the subgenres that have shaped club and festival programming through the streaming era (Billboard).

The festival stages have kept pace. Styler made his Coachella debut in 2025, played his first Lollapalooza in early August 2026, and has now debuted at Belgium's Tomorrowland — the three-weekend festival that draws roughly 400,000 attendees per weekend and stands among the largest electronic-music events in the world (Billboard).

For an artist who spent nearly a decade releasing through other people's labels, putting out a six-track project on his own imprint marks a shift in how Styler's music reaches listeners. He controls the release schedule, the rights and the revenue split — the division of income between label and artist that, on a label-owned imprint, falls to the artist themselves to set.

The EP is available now through Nu Moda on streaming platforms and digital retailers.
