Serayah Ends Engagement to Joey Bada$$, Citing Alleged Infidelity

Serayah has announced the end of her engagement to rapper Joey Bada$$, citing allegations of repeated infidelity during their relationship.

In a statement posted to her Instagram on Monday, August 24, 2025, the singer and actress wrote that she was ending her engagement and relationship with "the father of my child, Joey," pointing to what she called the "painful truth" of alleged "repeated" cheating. Their first child together was born in June 2025, roughly four months after Serayah announced her pregnancy. In a postpartum Instagram update the following month, she referred to Joey Bada$$ as her fiancé, suggesting the engagement took place around the time of their son's birth.

In her breakup statement, Serayah made clear she would not share further intimate details about the relationship.
