Camila Perez Returns as Young Angie in Starz's Power: Origins
Camila Perez will reprise her role as Young Angie Valdes in the Starz prequel series Power: Origins, Deadline reported on 28 August 2026. Perez first played the character in a Season 6 flashback scene of the original Power series, appearing in a single episode as the younger version of Angela Valdes — the federal prosecutor and childhood sweetheart of James 'Ghost' St. Patrick, played as an adult by Lela Loren. Power: Origins is the fourth spinoff in the Power universe, following Power Book II: Ghost, Power Book III: Raising Kanan, and Power Book IV: Force. The series comes from creator Courtney A. Kemp and Sascha Penn, with Penn serving as showrunner and executive producer. Penn and Kemp co-wrote the pilot.
