Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 Sets October 30 Return on Paramount+

Dexter Morgan will be back in time for Halloween.
Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 premieres Friday, October 30 on Paramount+, with Michael C. Hall returning as Dexter Morgan, according to Deadline. Paramount announced the date alongside the season's first official teaser, Paramount Press Express reported.
Hall leads the cast again as Dexter, the Miami blood-spatter analyst living a double life as a serial killer. Jack Alcott returns as Harrison, Dexter's son. James Remar is also back among the returning cast, alongside Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf and Dominic Fumusa.
Season 2 widens the circle of killers around him. Brian Cox plays Don Frampt, known as the New York Ripper. Dan Stevens plays Owen Stark, known as the Five Borough Killer. Gabriel Luna plays Ray Ballard, known as the Sleepy-Eyed Stranger.
Krysten Ritter is also returning for the second season. She plays Mia LaPierre, aka Lady Vengeance.
On the police side, there is movement too. Desmond Harrington, who plays Joey Quinn, has been upped to series regular, meaning a full-time member of the main cast. New arrivals Bokeem Woodbine and Nona Parker Johnson join as Capt. Mixon and Fiona Mixon.
Behind the camera, Clyde Phillips continues as showrunner, meaning the person in day-to-day charge of the series, and executive producer.
For fans, this means a Halloween landing. An October 30 premiere puts Dexter straight into the spooky-season slot, with new aliases, new badges and unfinished family business waiting on the other side.
