Prime Video rounds out cast for Things We Never Got Over

Six actors have joined Prime Video's Things We Never Got Over.
Sean Teale, Sarah Jeffery, Megan Stott, Lili Simmons, Anthony Keyvan and JoBeth Williams have been cast in the series adaptation of Lucy Score's bestselling novel, according to Deadline. The announcement was reported on 5 October 2026.
The new additions fill out the town around the three leads. Molly Griggs plays Naomi Witt, Matthew Noszka plays Knox Morgan and Tommy Martinez plays Nash Morgan. Those three were previously announced for the show.
Teale will play Lucian. Jeffery will portray Sloane. Stott will play Waylay.
Simmons will play Lina. Keyvan will portray Stef. Williams will play Liza J.
The series comes from Amazon MGM Studios. It adapts the first book in Score's Knockemout trilogy, which follows the same name as the show.
Behind the camera, Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder wrote the pilot, meaning the first episode used to launch the series, and will serve as co-showrunners, meaning they run the writers' room and day-to-day production together. Both will also serve as executive producers, a senior credit that covers creative and business oversight.
Gina Girolamo will executive produce through Strega Stories. Author Score will serve as co-executive producer.
The project has had a long road to the screen. Amy Rardin was previously set to run a television adaptation at Amazon, as reported in December 2023. Prime Video then greenlighted a new version of the series from Charmelo and Snyder in June 2026.
For fans, this means the core ensemble is now in place. A crew can build a season around them. A story can get finished.
