Kim Kardashian says she would return to Dancing With the Stars, 18 years after a first run that left her crying in her trailer every night.

She made the offer on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, telling host Jimmy Kimmel she would compete again if the show brings people back for another returning-cast season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. That format is known as an All-Stars season, where former contestants are invited back for a second try.

Her bigger idea was a family edition. Kardashian said she had pitched her sisters a Kardashian-Jenner season with family members competing against each other. She said she wanted the family back on the show because her brother was so good, according to Yahoo.

Kardashian competed on season 7 in 2008 with professional partner Mark Ballas and finished in 11th place. She lasted three weeks, including a routine to "Baby Got Back", according to Entertainment Weekly and People.

She told Kimmel the experience left her shaken. She said she cried in her trailer every night and prayed to be voted off. She added that she has not danced since and was traumatised by the show.

Her brother Rob Kardashian fared better. He competed on season 13 in 2011 with Cheryl Burke and finished second to J.R. Martinez.

The show has staged only one All-Stars season. Season 15 aired in 2012 and was won by Melissa Rycroft.

For fans, this means no comeback is booked. It is a public pitch, not an order or casting decision. Dancing With the Stars airs live on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
